Maré
Maré was set up in the spring of 2010 in Cesenatico, nestled between a pier and the sea.
Ten years after, we went from that pier to Navigli; in 2021 we opened Maré in Milan. Maré brings Romagna to the city, carrying its good mood and authenticity.
It carries the scent of piadina from Romagna, that we cook on a testo, the typical flat pan.
Maré means enjoying fried fish or fish on a skewer, picturing yourself barefoot in the sand.
Here you will find a place to chill and live the best moments of your holiday or feel like you are on vacation, even for just a short while.
WE BRING ROMAGNA TO THE CITY
Maré is a window facing the Naviglio, because we are meant to be near the water with the sun setting right in front of us.
We are on the eastbound side, both in Cesenatico and Milan, and we always choose places where Leonardo da Vinci left his mark.
We found a stunning venue, immersed in a place where time slows down, where everyone knows everyone.
All this, is Maré on Navigli.
IL CHIOSCO DELLA PIADA
People sitting at their tables never get to stay with people preparing the dishes in the kitchen.
But Romagna’s story and conviviality are mirrored in some sort of ritual gestures: it is worth looking at hands moving in harmony, as if they were dancing.
