People sitting at their tables never get to stay with people preparing the dishes in the kitchen.
But Romagna’s story and conviviality are mirrored in some ritual sort of ritual gestures: it is worth looking at hands moving in harmony, as if they were dancing. The chiosco is just a small part of the project, but it is the one that represents better Romagna’s tradition… You can have a look inside from both sides: the large windows are facing the Naviglio on one side and Maré on the other.
Open from Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. – 1 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. – 1 a.m.
Delivery and take-out available, you can order piadinas and dishes from our menu on Glovo and UberEats.
The flavours, reminiscent of barley malt and roasted wheat, are enhanced when piadina is cooked until golden. With a pinch of salt and mora romagnola lard, as per tradition. Piadina is balanced in texture and structure.
The result is the classic piadina, everyone from Romagna can recognize it, because it evokes their most typical meal and is linked to the idea of conviviality.
